First Introduction to Real Estate
Erick's first experience with real estate came when his family was transferred from New Jersey to western New York as part of a corporate relocation. Through this experience, he gained an understanding of what types of changes family go through whether they are moving across the country or across town and how important it is to involve the entire family the process.
Cincinnati Became Home
Following college, Erick decided to make Cincinnati his home where he has lived for over 30 years. During the time he has lived and worked in several communities across the region, including northern Kentucky. He enjoys exploring the area to find hidden gems from parks, to specialty food shops and most recently breweries.
Erick began his career working in economic development in Butler County. He worked with local government officials and developers to generate commercial and industrial development along the I-75 corridor. This development helped to generate the residential growth over the last twenty five years.
Following his time in economic development, Erick worked in financial services in northern Kentucky and transitioned into project management and consulting. His experience in financial services and project management built a strong foundation for helping buyers and sellers navigate some of the largest financial decisions they will make.
Joining the Family Business
In 2015, Erick left the consulting world behind to join the "family business" and to help build up Molly's success in real estate.
